* The Program Manager will limit Total Annual Asset-Based Fees to the expense ratio for Signal Shares of Vanguard 500 Index Fund plus its Program Manager Fee of 0.25% and the State Fee of .05%. The Fund currently invests in the Investor Shares class of Vanguard 500 Index Fund, which has a higher expense ratio than the Signal Shares class. Accordingly, the Program Manager is waiving a portion of its Program Manager Fee. When the Fund is eligible to invest in the Signal Shares class of Vanguard 500 Index Fund, the Program Manager will cease waiving a portion of its Program Manager Fee.
